About Us

Helping Hand Organisation was founded as a compassionate response to the hardships faced by vulnerable communities in Zimbabwe. Driven by a deep commitment to human dignity and social justice, we strive to uplift lives through sustainable interventions. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for vulnerable groups by providing education, social support, and economic empowerment.

Our Story

Helping Hand Organisation began as a research project by an SDA Church member studying the challenges faced by out-of-school children in Hopley, Harare, Zimbabwe. Through partnerships with local SDA churches, the project provided school fees, mentorship, and essential support to vulnerable children and families.

Seeing the ongoing need, Helping Hand Organisation was officially registered in 2024 to continue this vital work. We are dedicated to empowering at-risk populations and building stronger, healthier communities.
